At Southern Minnesota Periodontics & Dental Implants, we offer a variety of services to care for your oral health.
I typically have horrible anxiety with doctors and dentist but these guys made sure i was completely comfortable and assured me everything was going to be okay. The first visit i had with them i was definitely overwhelmed (new place, new people. I didn’t know what i was getting myself into) but the staff made sure I was comfortable. All the staff we’re very nice and they were all able to answer all my questions! Definitely feel confident theses guys will help me gain my confidence in my smile again!

Dr. Dolgov was professional and thoroughly explained everything to me step-by-step, until I understood. He was upfront about the cost of everything and gave me his insight on the best plan moving forward. Not at all nervous about my upcoming appointment with him and his team - I will update my review on how things went / healed for future reference :)

SMP has consistently provided service of 5 star quality over the years. Every visit, everyone has been professional, friendly and courteous from the initial consultation to final check-up visit. I have had implants, cleanings during my 3 years with orthodontics on my teeth, and gum grafts. They have all made the processes as painless and as comfortable as much as they could. Highly recommended.

Dr. Dolgov did an amazing job grafting my lower gum line this week. He is very knowledgeable and skillful. Both he and his assistant worked quickly and efficiently while at the same time were concerned with keeping me comfortable. This was not my first experience with Dr. Dolgov and his staff. I was very pleased with each appointment and appreciated the pleasant and helpful service I received from everyone in the office. I have great confidence in Dr. Dolgov and would highly recommend him to others.
The Minnesota Board of Dentistry advised us to post-pone all non-emergency appointments for the time being to keep our patients and staff healthy.
